We do not diagnose, repair, maintain or install air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps or any other equipment. If someone works in your home, that person is an independent provider and not Mikehousehold Heating & Air.

Connections Are Not Endorsements

Being connected with a provider does not mean we endorse that provider. We make no promise about the quality, timing, cost or results of anyone's work. We also cannot promise that a provider will be available in your area at a given moment. Each provider answers for its own licenses, insurance, certifications, warranties and conduct.

About Costs

Any dollar figures here are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes, and they shift with the job, the location, the equipment and the labor. Ask the provider for a written estimate before work starts.

Efficiency, Rebates and Financing

Comments about energy efficiency are general, and we promise no level of energy savings. We do not offer, arrange or promise rebates, tax credits or financing. Ask the provider and your local utility which programs might apply to you.

Your Safety Comes First

HVAC equipment involves electricity, refrigerant and, in many homes, natural gas or propane. Do not take risks. If you smell gas or a carbon monoxide alarm sounds, get out of the home and contact your gas utility or local emergency services.
